These are just some of the events which we our Beavers, Cubs and Scouts took part in during 2013
Our Beaver Scouts had some very special feathered visitors from North Wales Bird Trust recently. The Beavers had the chance to hold and stroke a variety of owls after listening to an educational talk from the charity's volunteers. The Colony have chosen two owls to sponsor and look forward to hearing about their progress. Check out our owl-tastic pictures in the Gallery.

5th Tyldesley Scout Troop learnt they could do it when they B&Q it over summer when they built their own Patrol boxes at the Trafford store. The pictures of their snazzy boxes are in our Gallery.

5th Tyldesley Cubs were lucky enough to spend the day at Media City. They toured many of the different studios including Blue Peter and Newround. The Cubs even got a chance to try their hand at presenting to camera, reading from an autocue on some of the famous sets!

We are very proud to announce that our Beavers attended the District Dominoes Competition 2013 and came first! The eight Beavers who represented the Group were the highest scorers of our Group games. We will now attend the County Dominoes Competition, date TBC.
