A Day of Remembrance

The Leaders at 5th Tyldesley would like the say a MASSIVE thank you to the 26 Beavers, 28 Cubs and 16 Scouts and their parents who took time out of their weekend to attend the Remembrance Parade on Sunday 10th November.

 

Remembrance Parade is one of only two parades we take part in each year and it was touching to see approximatelyhalf our Group attend on this very important occasion.

 

We were very proud to parade through the streets of our town in full unform, showing our respect for those soldiers who made the ultimate sacrifice; knowing that all over Lilford District our Scouting colleagues were doing the same.
